4. Payment and Refunds

PSSM may collect fees for memberships, workshops, and conferences.

• - Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
• - Third-Party Gateways: Payments may be processed via secure third-party providers. PSSM is not responsible for errors on the payment provider’s platform.
• - Refund Policy: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. For event registrations, refund eligibility is determined on a per-event basis and will be clearly stated on the event registration page.

5. User Content & Conduct

In sections where users can upload content (such as member profiles or research abstracts), you agree not to:

• - Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
• - Use the website to transmit "spam" or unauthorized advertising.
• - Attempt to bypass any security measures of the website.
